‍We will provide junk removal and hauling services as described in the service request or estimate. We reserve the right to refuse items that are:Hazardous, flammable, or toxic

Prohibited by local, state, or federal law

Beyond the scope of junk removal (e.g., demolition or hazardous waste disposal)

3. Pricing and Payment

‍Pricing is based on volume, weight, labor, or as quoted.

Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted methods of payment: Credit and Debit cards.

4. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

‍We are not liable for delays or failure to perform services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, government actions, strikes, or pandemics.


‍9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

‍These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.


‍10. Entire Agreement

‍These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Sergeant Junk and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
